Deposits Insured by FDIC

Current rates effective as of August 14, 2009. All rates and APYs are subject to change. Interest rates currently offered on all deposit accounts are determined at the bank's discretion and may change daily. Interest will be compounded monthly and will be credited monthly on checking and money market accounts. Interest is compounded monthly and is credited quarterly on savings accounts. Interest on certificate of deposits is compounded monthly and credited monthly. Fees may reduce the earnings on the account. Account Disclosures are available upon opening an account and upon request.

All accounts have a minimum opening balance of $50.00 except patriot savings, which has a minimum opening balance of $10.00. Early withdrawal on Certificates of Deposits will result in penalties.

Transaction Account Guarantee Program Disclosure.
Freedom Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the enire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
