24/7
Your card can be enabled/disabled anytime within the Freedom Bank app. This is the fastest way to disable your card.
During Business Hours
Monday – Friday: 9AM – 5PM
Saturday: 9AM – 1PM
Please visit the bank or call us directly at 406-892-1776 and we will remove the card from your accounts and replace it the same day.
After Business Hours
Please call the card self-service center at 1-800-472-3272 to immediately disable your card.
